BB update for Saturday: JV start time will be 2:15 boys only 3 quarters, varsity girls to follow.
After their Columbus Day lesson the First Graders were interested in learning more about Native Americans. They spent some time learning about Native American homes. While they learned that not all Native Americans lived in teepees, they discovered why teepees were a good home for the Native Americans who hunted buffalo on the plains of North America. This subject became the topic of their Informative Writing Project and they completed it, along with their teepee models, just in time to wrap up their studies by talking about the Native Americans' and Pilgrims' First Thanksgiving celebration.

2024 West Holt graduate and KHOP Ambassador, Sidney Burkinshaw, visited the Alg II/Trig classes to give a presentation about the Kearney Health Opportunities Program.

Algebra 1A was challenged to create 5 ft. tall, 3-D snowflakes with curves using only poster board and cutting straight lines.
