    West Holt headed west to Frederick’s Peak Golf Course in Valentine on September 21st to play in their invitational. West Holt Cross Country Competes at O'Neill

The West Holt cross country teams competed at the O’Neill Invite last Friday and had a decent afternoon.  We knew going in that this would be the largest meet so far this season, that the competition level would be high, and it would tell us a lot about our teams.  We felt that some athletes accepted that challenge and others didn’t handle it as well.  Hopefully those that struggled will gain some knowledge . . .
