This is the last week of the Scholastic Book Fair at the Atkinson Elementary Library. The hours are 3:30-5:30, with extended hours on Thursday, Dec. 12, until 7:30. The final day will be Sun., Dec. 15 from 5:00-7:30.

In our Intro to FCS class, we've been exploring careers, with many students showing interest in law. Over the past two days, the girls collaborated on an Unsolved Case File, aiming to prove the innocence of a man wrongfully imprisoned for 20 years. They utilized witness statements, newspaper articles, maps, person of interest reports, and police transcripts. After two class periods, they successfully cracked the case together!
To help everyone with their holiday spirit, the high school student council has chosen some festive dress up days for the week of December 16-20th!
The First Graders kicked off the Christmas season by writing reindeer stories.
