West Holt Public Schools will be having Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences on Oct. 2 and Oct. 4.
Oct. 2nd will be a 1pm Dismissal for all grades with conferences from 4-8pm.
Oct. 4th will be No School for all grades with conference from 8am - 12pm.


The 4th grade class is discovering the magic of numbers with base ten blocks! These versatile tools are helping them visualize and understand place value in a fun and interactive way!

Tomorrow is our first big day! The K-6th grade students have been working hard on a great program honoring our local heroes and commemorating the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We have a very special program planned and I hope many of you will be able to attend. It will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the main gym and will last approximately 30 minutes. We hope to see you there!

The JH Game tonight will be played in the Main Gym starting with B team at 6:00 followed by the A team. on HUDL TV

Intro to Calculus students completed a Trig Identity challenge to discover that it took sixteen hours for someone to recite 100,000 memorized digits of pi.

Applications are open for this year's Elementary Student Council! Students in grades 4, 5, and 6 have the opportunity to apply. We are looking forward to another year of promoting pride, spirit, and service in our elementary!

The Biology and Human Anatomy and Physiology classes began the year by working on foundational information that will be used throughout the year.
The Biology classes began by studying the scientific method and now we are working on organic chemistry.
The Anatomy classes covered general reference terms that will be used throughout the course. Currently the class is working on the cellular level which will be important in the study of physiology when the individual systems will be covered.
