West Holt Volleyball Triangular with Elgin Public/Elgin Pope John & Plainview

The West Holt Volleyball JV and V teams hosted the Elgin Public/Elgin Pope John and Plainview Triangular on Saturday, September 27th. It was a morning event for the squads as the JV and Varsity took on Plainview beginning at 10 AM.
The West Holt JV Team lost in three sets to Plainview: 25-21, 25-27, 12-25. Leaders in scoring were: Alexis Stracke with 10 points (2 ace serves), Makinley Cadwallader with 10 points, Courtney Kellner with 5 points (2 ace serves), Brittany Beckwith with 3 points, Lana Hooey with 2 points and Kelcie Osborne with 1 point.
The West Holt Varsity picked up a win beating Plainview in two sets: 25-20, 25-20. Serving it up for West Holt were: Jaden Mathis with 8 points, EmiLee Walnofer with 7 points, Kamry Neptune with 6 points (1 ace serve), Addie Karo with 3 points (1 ace serve), Lainey Smith with 3 points (1 ace serve), and Kevona Brown with 1 point.

The Lady Huskies (JV and V) had to come back and take on EPPJ.
In the JV game, West Holt lost in two sets: 9-25, 12-25. Scoring points for WH were: Madison Ruda with 6 points (1 ace serve), Sidney Burkinshaw with 2 points and Hadleigh Stracke with 1 point.
The Lady Husky varsity also lost to EPPJ in two sets: 11-25 and 18-25. Scoring for WH were: Kevona Brown with 5 points (2 ace serves), Kamry Neptune with 3 points (1 ace serve), Lainey Smith with 1 point (1 ace serve) and Addie Karo with 1 point.
