After one day off, the golfers were back in action at Evergreen Hill Golf Course in Battle Creek on Monday, September 10th. The Lady Huskies continued to improve and beat their previous season team low by 19 strokes. The team shot a 450, which earned 5thplace. Team members were Naomi Troy, Lydia Stenka, Hannah Brotsky, Reghan Kerkman, and Jordyn Laible. West Point-Beemer won the team competition with a 405.
Individually, Reghan Kerkman and Lydia Stenka both shot 99 to break double digits for the first time this season. Reghan edged out Lydia for the 5thplace medal based on the handicap hole. Medalist honors went to Brook Diekemper with a 90.
The golfers are back in action on September 13that Ainsworth for a triangular and September 15thfor the Plainview Invitational.
